Frono takes its name from phronesis (φρόνησις), Aristotle’s word for practical wisdom: the skill of judging well in a particular, uncertain moment — given the limited facts.
This happened in United States, September 11, 2001.
On September 11, 2001, 19 al-Qaeda terrorists hijacked four commercial airliners and carried out coordinated attacks in New York and Washington, killing nearly 3,000 people. Twenty-five years later, 9/11 remains a defining event in American memory.
Why did 9/11 leave such deep scars ?

9/11 shattered assumptions about geographic distance, security and vulnerability. The shock came partly from discovering that protections people had taken for granted were not absolute.
The attacks unfolded across multiple locations, caused mass casualties and were witnessed in real time. Their scale pushed the event far beyond ordinary experience.
The World Trade Center and Pentagon represented major centres of American economic and military power. The targets therefore gave the attack a symbolic significance beyond the physical destruction.
The attacks demonstrated an extraordinary willingness to cause mass civilian casualties, making the threat feel qualitatively different from something like a hijacking.
